“My wife and I decided to downside our home in rural Saanich to a home in Sidney. We were meeting with various Realtors to determine the value and marketability of our current home. We met with four Realtors, three of which undervalued our current home and had marketing plans limited to listing our home on MLS, putting up a sign and hoping that someone would come along.
